All lighting protection applications are made to order and typically shipped within two business days during normal business operations (Monday - Friday). Once shipped you will receive an automated email notification with your orders' tracking number.

Domestic: orders are available shipped:

• Express Mail (1-2 days in transit - Delivered 6 days a week!)
• FedEx Ground / Home Delivery (1-4 Days in transit contiguous USA)
• Priority Mail (3-5 days in transit)
• Free Shipping (orders $75+, 2-8 days in transit)
• Ground Advantage (2-8 days in transit) NEW

International: Due to increased regulatory burdens we no longer ship to the EU or the UK. All other locations are available shipped:

• FedEx International Economy (2-5 business days in transit)
• Express Mail International (4-9 days in transit depending on your location).
• Priority Mail International (10-14 days for delivery. Limited tracking will be available)
• Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box (Fog light protection kit orders only) (10-14 days for delivery. Limited tracking will be available)
• Free International Shipping (orders $200 $175+, 10-14 days for delivery. Limited tracking will be available)

Orders shipped Internationally may incur custom fees and/or import taxes at the destination. These fees are your responsibility. To get an accurate total including any shipping, once everything you are looking for is in the shopping cart click you would need to click check out and then enter your shipping information. International customers select country first. Shipping is based on weight and thus ordering additional items may not raise the total shipping cost that much.

Headlight Armor works on a mass customization production model. Products purchased from HeadlightArmor.com are custom manufactured just for YOU after you place your order. By there very nature are one time use products. (You can't install them on one vehicle and a month later take them off and install them on a different vehicle.) Thus they may not be returned or exchanged. All products sold are inspected multiple times during the production process and go through a final inspection prior to shipment. As we are not the shipper, HeadlightArmor.com is not responsible for product damage that occurs during shipping.
